Nadja Benaissa, 28-year old singer from Germany's top girl band "No Angels", apologised in in a courtroom in Darmstadt, Germany for having sex with men without telling them that she was HIV+ - carrying the AIDS causing virus. She had kept the condition a secret claiming that it would stigmatize her daughter. The secret came out after her former lover pressed charges on getting infected. She has been charged with attempted aggravated assault for unprotected sex with three men. She is also accused of aggravated assault after one of them became infected with the Aids virus.
